The Agricultural Development Department provides educational opportunities and resources to support Fauquier County’s agricultural community. From workshops and training to grant assistance and business development, we connect farmers and producers with valuable tools for success. Through partnerships with extension services and local organizations, we promote lifelong learning, conservation, and sustainable farming practices while promoting farm businesses.

  • Agricultural Advisory Committee: Promotes the agricultural industry in Fauquier County while providing advice and recommendations to the Board of Supervisors on matters affecting the agricultural economy and development.

Youth Ag with the 4H Program
