Land for lease at Airlie!

Comprising approximately 25 acres, this agricultural area has received significant investment by ownership, including GAP certification and a continuous produce harvest. The property is served by on-site well water and established irrigation infrastructure. Given its immediate proximity to the Airlie Hotel and Conference Center, this offering may be particularly well-suited for a pick-your-own operator with potential dedicated parking.

Improvements include a biosecurity fence, a ~2,000 sf solar barn with a restroom, office space, and storage, along with a greenhouse and apiary.

They also have approximately 65 acres of open pasture are available for livestock operations, supported by established agricultural infrastructure. The site is currently used for cattle and pig production and is well suited for continued livestock use, rotational grazing, or other pasture-based agricultural activities. Existing equipment is on site and may be available for sale or license, offering a unique opportunity for operators to utilize and improve on the in-place infrastructure.

Common Area Improvements include barn with partial HVAC, featuring office space, restrooms, multiple garage bays, walk-in coolers, and storage (potential for shared use). Additional improvements include an approximately 0.5-acre gravel parking and utility area.
